The lake is the first thing you notice. It fills the sliding glass doors at the end of the vaulted living room, then follows you to the dining table, the screened lanai and the primary bedroom. Mornings out there tend to run long. So do evenings. This single-level attached villa in Huntington at Walden Oaks, North Naples, has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, two baths, and a den with a built-in desk, ready for work or one more guest. The kitchen opens to the dining area across a breakfast bar, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. Outside, brick paths wind through lush landscaping and old oaks to your door and your detached garage. Tastefully furnished, and the furnishings are negotiable. Walden Oaks fills the rest of the day: a clubhouse, a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, four lakes, and paths for a walk or a bike ride. The location does its part too, in a great school district, about 10 minutes to the beach and Mercato and about 15 to downtown Naples. Live here all year or come for the season. Either way, the lake will be there when you get home.
