David worked hard on our behalf, first locating the right home, then working through the offer/negotiation, inspection, and closing processes. He was very helpful with advising us on where to obtain the necessary services to support seasonal home landscaping, home watchers, contractors, etc. Any information required from the previous owners was acquired quickly and effectively. The closing coordinator, Wendy Miller, was also quite helpful and effective. In summary, the entire process was relatively low-stress and enjoyable. And, we are quite happy with our new home!
